Learn the salsa-making secrets of three local chefs in the Tasting Tent:

8:15 am : Angel Alvarez, Tortas Jaliscos
9:00 am : Alejandro Lule, Parrilla
9:30 am : Kate Gonzalez of Global Café

Moderator for the event is local grower Bob Lominska, of Hoyland Farm
