This will be our first chef demonstration of the season and it’s the 3rd year that Hilary has come to market to share her amazing skill at preparing the lean and diverse meats available from our local ranchers.

Brush-up on your skill before firing-up the grill. Sample locally-raised beef, bison, chicken, elk, emu, goat, lamb, pork prepared by our very own nationally-known local foods chef Hilary!
